WikiLeaks and the End of the American Corporate Empire

Executive Summary – The wikileaks release of classified documents has certainly been an exciting event. The USA has gotten caught doing all sorts of evil aimed at foreign countries from within those countries. The cables must have been captured by someone who has relatively high access at the State Department. The cables concern many nations. These communications came from the various State Department Embassies around the world. To those of us who live out of the USA it is common knowledge that these embassies are the real spy centers. In Latin America the average US Embassy has about 3,000 workers. Many of which have diplomatic passports. Their diplomatic immunity in general is close to non existent with real diplomatic immunity reserved for a few at the top of the food chain. Probably no more than 5% of these people have normal job above board job functions. They handle mail, packages, supplies, communication, employee benefits, legal issues etc. The lions share of them are involved in what they call criminal investigations and positive intelligence gathering. The criminal investigations are of course 99% of the time victimless crimes which are perhaps better referred to as political crimes. On rare occasions they might pursue a murder or kidnapping investigation. The intel gathering is usually focused on being able to control public opinion in a foreign land. They penetrate the newspapers, magazines, TV and radio. This is to create scandals for those who oppose them and to help those who sell out to them. They also cultivate informants in the various governments of the countries they are stationed in. This is to obtain information and leak information. We caught a glimpse of this in Honduras and the cables seem to reflect this. They might cultivate informants or sources in internet companies and phone companies to get intelligence from regarding specific targets.

Cable Security Classifications – The cables Wikileaks got or chose to release so far have no classification higher than secret. Basically the lowest level is classified. Secret is more guarded material but still not the good stuff. From Secret it goes to Top Secret with sub categories and other levels and categories. The black ops would normally be classified higher than secret. Same for cables mentioning any technical capability such as bugging equipment, computer hacking capabilities, etc. The way we understand the State Dept to work is the staff at the embassy would be in communication with the Ambassadors staff or to a desk in Washington that handles that country. Again there would be sub categories. The DEA would communicate with a DEA contact, same for FBI and so forth. These cables would probably be classified higher than secret since ongoing investigations and sensitive information would be contained in such. The cables released were frequently dealing with personality profiles, profiles of country leaders, political positions of countries and assessments of their health mental and physical. In other words a lot of predictive intel and assessments. However there were some directives from Billary (Hillary Clinton Sec. of State) to actually conduct black ops aimed at UN personnel including hacking computers etc. This is a major international criminal violation concerning diploats of foreign powers. So yes they have Billary cold in major international crimes. They also have illustrated the absolute disrespect the USA has for foreign countries. In fact Chavez called for Hillary Clinton to resign saying this is the only thing she can do. So the State Dept guys in the foreign Embassy would be communicating with the desk in D.C. that handles that country. They would report to a regional boss who in turn would report to a Assistant Secretary of State and in turn report to Clinton as the Secretary of State. The leaks source would have had to access these cables in a central receiving point for them, which means at the top. The access he or she had was broad to say the least. Personnel dealing with say Brazil don't get to know what is going on with say France. They compartmentalize their intel and only reveal it if necessary. It is not generally available for bedtime reading except to those way up at the top like Clinton. The leak was well positioned. I wonder if he or she gave out some really sensitive stuff for wikileaks to use as a “get out of jail free card”. If so he has not yet played it. Right now they are trying to frame him with some sex crimes charges. I doubt 25% of the people believe he is guilty, everyone knows they frame people illegally. The person leaking the documents knew how evil the USA government has become and wants it to stop.

Why the Steady Drip of Documents – This is to stop the US from taking a hit for a couple of weeks and then it blows over. No he is going to keep this up for an extended period of time apparently to bring about a real regime change in the US. This is profound and is going to weaken the US government big time, not just a little. Couldn't wish it on a more deserving group of people.

What will the US Government Do – Well they will try a combination of ignoring the ten foot elephant in the room along with scandals and accusations aimed at the wikileaks guy. Note the wikileaks site was DOS attacked viciously the other day. The site may come down. No matter the documents are out there. There will be rumors of the documents being manufactured but I think it is too late for that. They will run around doing extensive damage control around the world. The good news is now the internal security forces of the government are going to go on numerous witch hunts looking for possible future whistle blowers inside the government. This will involve polygraphing (they can at times be asked to take a polygraph under the influence of drugs but this is not something they talk about much), updating security clearances, phone taps, phone call registers to cross reference who is calling who, reading emails, bank records, travel records, credit card records, talking to neighbors and co-workers and lets not forget interviews. These are heavy duty interviews. Embarrassing sensitive questions will be presented and pursued several layers deep. If the person opts out of the polygraphing their clearances can be revoked. They then can sit around in office doing nothing until they retire or go crazy. This depends on what sort of civil service protection they are under. Spouses, boyfriends and girlfriends will be suspected of turning the employee into a whistleblower. This will go on and on. The employees that can care less about your constitutional rights and the oath of office they took to support and withhold the constitution are going to be subject to the same Gestapo tactics they dish out to “we the people”. The Bible phrase is “Reap what they Sow”. The morale of these government employees is going to drop appreciably. The government is not sure about all the leaks or whistle blowers. A whistleblower releases criminal wrongdoing data. A leak is more like a spy. The term whistleblower is more accurate. The internal security people need to turn up something to justify their existence in the bureaucracy. The government will for sure make examples out of some people guilty or not. They will lose their jobs, pensions, clearances and all sorts of things. Any friends or relatives they have in government service will also suffer. The fact that those at the top behaved illegally and immorally escapes the bosses. They just want to make sure they do not get caught again. See how they work. The employees are probably not sharp enough to blame Clinton and the gang's criminal violations for all these security nightmares about to engulf their lives but they will be angered at it anyway. The effect the government is going to try to get will probably backfire and result in more whistleblowers leaking sensitive information from numerous branches of government. At some point the employees have to start thinking about criminal investigations after this regime is declared failed and who is going to be thrown into the fire. I think now is the time for them to start throwing the bosses into the fire to save their own hides. We'll see.

Timing – Some of you know about the Republic for the united States that is getting ready to operate a lawful government any day now.

Most if not all of the infrastructure is in place with an Executive branch, Supreme Court, Congress, Grand Juries etc. It has just been kept out of mainstream media by choice. The timing could not be any better for the wikileaks cables in terms of getting the nations around the world to recognize the restored Republic (the 50 states). I have no knowledge of the republic working with wikileaks. I suspect this is divine providence that arranged the timing to occur at a most opportune time. If the Obama people have a problem with God which I strongly suspect they do, they can take it up with him <smile>.
