Executive Summary – The US government is seizing internet domains. If the domain is not in the USA, the registrant is not in the USA, the hosting for the domain is not in the USA they will still seize the website. They are going after domains that sell copyright goods illegally or have links to copyright goods. Such goods include knockoffs, music, books and videos.
What Next – This is the introduction to internet censorship. The Kenyan without a birth certificate has finally figured out the internet is going to be his undoing. Now he wants to censor it. The copyright violation is the start. Everyone thinks that is justified since it is illegal. First off the Fed has no business spending time and money protecting private industry. If they did not do this then the private industry would figure out methods to combat piracy. Now all they do is lobby. Lobbying is lawful bribery for special considerations from a corrupt government, nothing more and nothing less. Lobbying is not constitutional.
Well This domain seizing breaks international laws. The fed has no such authority to proceed without a trial in a court of competent jurisdiction outside of its borders. The trick here is to get the sites to block out usa ip addresses. The govt is saying if the site is accessible from the USA then they have jurisdiction. Wrong. The site is not operating in the USA, the USA ip address is going out of the USA to access the website. Big difference. Once again the USA is operating in violation of international laws and just doing what it wants. The domain grabbing will soon be directed at websites who they say spread false rumors like Obama is not qualified to be president. This will of course open the door for other nations to do this as well. The USA will become as big of an internet bully as the people let them become. If you do not stand up to them then they will walk all over everyone. Their goal is obviously a world wide reign of lawless domination. To let them prevail all one need do is nothing!
