Executive Summary – This is a neat video that gives you a background of how the USA has perverted its court system to reign over the constituents. Some of what you will see appears outrageous and it is. But it is still true.
A Sovereign in Court – In the next video which is 35 minutes you will see a sovereign person who understands the law go to court on a traffic ticket. He refuses to enter a plea and claims to not understand the proceedings. He has the law on his side but the law he has on his side is not the law the de facto (the common courtrooms seen today) courts follow.
What the judge and clerks tried to do is get him to submit to their authority. He refused to do so. Did they just let him go? Of course not. They tried to railroad him. The judge kept telling him to get a lawyer. USA lawyers are members of the BAR and are officers of the court. Their allegiance is to the court and the de facto court is what we are talking about. Once you have an attorney represent you then you are under their authority.
This fellow taped the whole procedure. You can see that he never ever gave the court any authority over him. Perhaps he did sign the traffic ticket which would have done so at least in part. In many places if you do not sign the traffic ticket they arrest you. Anyway you see the judge illegally enter a plea for the person, and then tries to give him papers to appear. The fellow refused to enter a plea since that would give the court authority over him. Watch the crooked judge keep trying to trick the fellow into entering a plea. He refuses the papers. They will mail them. If he does not respond then they will probably issue a bench warrant and now he starts to find himself in prison.
It is enlightening to see this video because you can see the judge knows what is going on. He is trying hard to get the fellow to give him jurisdiction over him. When the fellow failed to do this he proceeded anyway. In real law the judge is usurping authority over a person he has no authority over leaving the judge liable to civil and criminal charges. He is enticing the fellow to be come an indentured servant without disclosure. The judge should get a large fine, be removed from the bench and face some criminal charges. This is all true but go find a higher court judge who will sentence the judge. In fact go find a prosecutor who will file against the judge. You see in reality any person can use the grand jury to file charges against anyone. Anyone includes judges violating his authority. This is exactly what the RAP people are doing with the de jeure grand juries. These grand juries will allow anyone to file with them and then they can take action against politicians, judges, police etc. Just what the evil empire needs, right.
If you watch the video you will be angry. You will tempted to think you can learn real law and defend yourself successfully in court. Think again. You will wind up spending years learning the law. Then you will find out the de facto courts do not care and they do believe in violence and take their justice at the point of a gun. Ever see a court without an armed bailiff? Of course not.
There are those who sell courses offering to teach you the law. They will teach you the law. Many such students have tried it and gone to jail. The de facto courts do not care that you understand what is going on, they jail you anyway. The operative term in criminals operating under color of law.
Learning the law is a good experience. Those teaching it deserve to be paid for their time and trouble. Be wary of those who say they know someone who always wins and never goes to jail. Maybe someone was successful with traffic tickets and petty annoyances. Some judges will take such a person and keep them in court as the last case to be heard. Then the judge will try to trick them a couple of times and then kick the case out because they do not want to be bothered. If you want to call this a success go ahead. What is your time worth to sit in court for six hours or more? See my point.
Trying to get out of something more substantial is not going to be so easy. A guy found a grand jury in his state recently where the foreman was there for twenty something years. This is illegal in that the statutory time limit is one year. He attempted to arrest the foreman and he himself wound up in jail. Sometime if you refuse to enter a plea the judge says you are crazy and orders a psych exam for 72 hours to soften you up. This can be repeated as needed. He might also hold one in contempt of court for failing to enter a plea for a couple of days. If you resist the authority of the court the judge is exposed.
People have sued judges, filed UCC1's on them etc. The judge knows he is breaking the law. So what he does is lock you up by twisting an already twisted law. Do not try to use law against lawless courts, you will find out it is futile the hard way.
