Executive Summary – We do try to keep our readers updated on events as they unfold. This week Restore America Plan has been running very silent and deep. I sense that we are going through the lull before the storm. Things are just too quiet right now. The storm should hit any day in my opinion. What exactly is this storm we will have to wait and see.
There is not a whole lot to report but there are some things to talk about. First we'd like to dispel some rumors or stories floating around. None of these stories was ever released by Restore America Plan. Some (not all) people tend to attribute these stories to Restore America Plan, but this they are doing on their own. Such stories are usually based on “insider” information leaked to someone. Such leaks do in fact happen and can be real but we refrain from relying on such things as factual since such a low percentage of such leaked information ever pans out to be true. We like the stories and wish we could say they were factual at this time. If such events do unfold rest assured we will be reporting them fast. Until then don't jump the gun. Patience is a virtue.
Gold Currency – We have had numerous people ask us about a release of a new gold backed currency. These new notes allegedly with be US Treasury notes that say gold backed, redeemable in Gold at the US Treasury. They are supposed to have a gold colored security thread. They are supposed to be denominated in the same denominations as the federal reserve notes. We have heard that the release of these notes was going to happen on several different dates in past few weeks. Never happened as of yet is all we can attest to at this time. We believe this is will be true at some point in time but not yet.
Federal Reserve Bank is Bankrupt, Shut Down, etc. - These reports started coming in about one week ago. Of course they are bankrupt but apparently have not have declared bankruptcy or been declared by a bankruptcy court to be bankrupt, at this point in time. These stories do not appear to be based on fact as evidenced by the NY Federal Reserve Bank buying $2.55 billion of US treasuries yesterday. Here is a link for this:

It appears to me that it is logical to assume the Federal Reserve Bank is still operating as previously. We can find no factual information to the contrary today. We do not expect this to be the case for long but not yet from what we know.
Rodney and the Default – Ok to be clear this is not a rumor or story. Rodney of Rod class did a phone in show last night.

He said he filed the default on both the senate and house judiciary committee. One house accepted it and the other rejected it as a not lawful document. This is surprising only in that one house actually accepted it. Rodney did go on to say that they were doing research on how to get this into the Hague Court. Apparently they have not yet filed anything with the Hague Court or at least Rodney Dale has not according to the way he was talking last night.
Rodney did go on and explain how he and his workers had followed the web the de facto government has woven and how illegal it is. Rodney elaborated explaining how the military could use all of the objective findings (federal court cases, congressional records etc) to set the de facto government aside and let a lawful de jure government fill the vacated offices. This of course hit home in a big way.
Rodney and his people file in the de facto courts a lot. I can understand they want we the people to understand. I do not know why they keep bothering with the de facto courts. You cannot intimidate the judges. They know who has the power today and have no ideas about getting reversed by the appeals courts and eventually get kicked off the bench. Trying to work with the de facto courts seems to me to be a waste of time. I am not so sure the judges understand 20% of what Rodney does and I am convinced that for the most part they do not care. They have a good living, power and prestige and they do not care about justice, the American way or we the people. Scaring them by showing them to be law breakers has never worked. Getting them to do the right thing has never worked. If I was on a campaign to mess with the de facto courts I would organize recall campaigns to throw them out of office and put in constitutional candidates. Now finding a BAR Card carrying constitutionalist will be near impossible so again I say the de facto courts are just a complete waste of time, IMHO. Educating we the people is not a waste of time. The judges are not teachable and intimidating them by illustrating their illegal actions has not worked in the past.
