Executive Summary – The only way to do this correctly is to have a stock brokerage account in a tax and privacy haven jurisdiction like Panama. The stocks or bonds can be purchased from any of thirty markets around the world. They can be held in the name of an anonymous bearer share corporation or an anonymous foundation. The stockbroker would need to know who you are but that would be covered by secrecy laws in Panama similar to Panama bank secrecy laws, very strong. Since your name would not show on any open records your holdings would be secure.
More Protection Needed – The protection can be enhanced by having the Guatemala Law Firm sign on the stockbroker account as the signatory and beneficiary owner of the account. The stockbroker would not know who you are at all. You would still be able to operate the account through the online platform. You would enter into an International Trust Agreement with the law firm in Guatemala to protect your assets. This structure is generally further enhanced through an anonymous corporation being on the stock brokerage account. The law firm is still the signatory. You are given a power of attorney for made out in blank or to any name you wish.
Even More Protection – The Guatemala law firm assists you in getting a diplomatic passport and a posting to a country that is convenient for you. There would be full diplomatic immunity for you and your family. This diplomatic immunity keeps you immune from the judicial process in the country you are posted to. Your stock brokerage accounts in that country would be immune from any court actions in that country. Court actions in another country would always need to be run through the courts of the country where the assets are, even if they are only rubber-stamped. Once notified of an action all you would need do is retain a lawyer and appear before the judge who issued the order on an emergency basis probably in closed chambers and show your diplomatic passport and letter of posting to quash the proceedings making them null and void.
