These are COMPLETE FEES including the Annual tax ($300), Resident Agent, Resident Address, Three Nominee Directors with resignation letters signed but not dated, Registration expenses, Articles of Incorporation, Register Book, Share Certificates, Translation (English and Spanish), Transfer of subscription and a corporate resolution in your favor authorizing the opening of a bank account, and a General Power of Attorney in favor of any entity you wish. You will be assigned to one of our attorneys who will be available to answer any questions you may have concerning your corporation or bank account at any time. You will have one of our attorneys assigned to you who will work with you in the creation of custom foundation beneficiary instructions and a custom foundation protector agreement. Foundations have better asset protection features than corporations in the Panama legal system. Many use a Panama foundation to own a Panama corporation thus removing the corporate ownership from them and by legal definition, a Panama foundation has no owner thus one can control a Corporation without owning it.

Introduction to the bank, assistance with account documentation and processing. We never have signatory rights nor online bank account passwords which are given direct to you. We use a few different banks in Panama all of which have online banking. Some will provide a Visa card or an ATM card good all over the world so please mention if this is important. All the banks are reliable, fully licensed and covered by Panama Bank Secrecy laws which are strict. We do not discuss bank names or provide bank documents until after our fee is paid. If you have a Corporation from another country other than Panama, we will not be able to open a Panama bank account for you. If you have a Panama corporation or foundation that you purchased through another entity, we will be able to open a Panama bank account for you using this corporation or foundation. This fee of $995.00 includes changing the nominee directors or nominee council members to the nominee directors or council members our law firm uses. The fee also includes changing the resident agent to our law firm, and changing the resident address to our address. Our nominee directors and our law firm will pass the due diligence with the Panama banks and this is the only way we can be certain of the bank account being opened.

Same documentation required as for the bank account. No personal trading accounts, just corporate or foundation stock trading accounts. There are several brokerage houses in Panama, we use the one with the fastest and best clearing. Online trading is available in addition to live stock brokers. There is no capital gains tax in Panama on stock trading profits or on bank interest. There are no discount stock brokers in Panama, or in any other offshore jurisdiction.

The fee for the Panama Pensionado Residency or Citizenship program for first person is $1250.00 and an additional $250 for each dependent such as spouse, child etc.

This program requires depositing enough funds at the National Bank of Panama to generate $750.00 per month in bank interest which is paid to you every month. The principal required at this time is approximately $175,000. The passport is good for 5 years and also includes a 5 year Panama residency. You do not have to remain in Panama for the 5 years. The passport is blue, and looks just like the passport every Panama citizen gets. All passports from any UN country show the country of birth of the passport holder. This is the case with American passports, British passports, Canadian passports, etc. At the end of the five years, you can take your money out of the bank and leave, thus the passport was given to you for free or at the end of the 5 years you can opt to repeat the program for another 5 years. These are travel passports, and banking passports. It is relatively easy to obtain a Panama drivers license for additional identification. You must come to Panama and appear at the immigration office with one of our attorneys to apply for the program and pick up your passport. The timeframe for the application processing is approximately 45 to 75 days. You do not need to stay in Panama for this period.

The visa immigration processing legal fees are $1250.00 for first person and then $250.00 for each dependent for the initial application. The fees in the following years are $795.00 for the first person and $250.00. Read more details here.

Our law firm will prepare deposit contracts, sales contracts, supervise the escrow, make sure you get either clear title or your funds depending on whether or not you are buying or selling and deal with all brokers. Our fee for this is $1500 for a residential piece of real estate and $2500 for a commercial piece of real estate.
