Panama Licensed Financial Services Corporation, Panama Foundation, and Offshore Commercial Bank Account Package

This is comprehensive package for offshore businesses that need to conduct banking activities offshore that involve third party funds and commercial activities that are generally difficult to obtain banking relationships for.

This package includes the following:

• Anonymous Panama Bearer Share Financial Services Corporation with first year taxes paid ($300), three nominee directors, translation of corporate papers into English, General Power of Attorney, Share Certificates and an employment agreement between you and the corporation that is signed by the nominee directors notarized and apostilled. You will have an official Panama Financial Services License with stamps, seals and signatories attesting to your legitimacy and official licensing with the Republic of Panama. The nominee directors names will appear on the license. Your name(s) will not appear in any public registry or database.
  
  
• A Panama Private Interest Foundation that owns the shares of the Panama Corporation so you do not own the corporation. No one owns a Panama Private Interest Foundation. You would be the foundation protector and thus exert power over the foundation, plus a general power of attorney is granted in your favor signed notarized and apostilled by the nominee foundation council members. Panama Foundations can not directly be involved in commercial activities but can own a corporation that is so involved in commercial activities. Panama Foundations do not pay Panama taxes on income, bank interest or stock market capital gains. The foundation can be thought of as an ultra-secure holding company for bank accounts, stock brokerage accounts, boats, planes, real estate and other assets.
  
  
• Due Diligence work for the Corporation, Foundation, Financial Services License and Bank Account. This will include a recommendation from the law firm and the due diligence attorney representing the financial institution to open the bank account accordingly.
  
  
• Offshore Bank Account - Your Panama Financial Services Corporation will have a bank account in a major Middle Eastern banking center that uses well renowned Swiss and Luxembourg correspondent banks which is where the banks assets reside. The bank will have English speakers, online banking including ability to execute wire transfers internationally and the ability to obtain a secured Visa card good in ATM machines worldwide. You will be able to operate in major currencies such as USD, Pound Sterling, Euro, Swiss France, Yen, Canadian Dollar etc. The jurisdiction where the bank is licensed has extremely tight bank secrecy laws and they are especially concerned about genocide and terrorism. Civil matters from other countries will not impede on your bank secrecy in this jurisdiction. The minimum balance for this Middle Eastern banking center account is $25,000. There are no taxes due on offshore derived income in this jurisdiction. The Panama Foundation will have a bank account in a major Panama bank with online banking, English speakers and the ability to obtain a Visa card good online, in person and in ATM machines around the world. In Panama it is almost impossible to obtain a pre-trial freeze on assets of a Panama Foundation. Panama does not tax offshore derived income.

Due Diligence

Initial Documents required are as follows:

• Copy of picture page of passport, must be notarized.
  
  
• Copy of drivers license. Must be notarized.
  
  
• Letter of reference from a recognized bank anywhere. Letter must state that you have an account there, for how long and that it is in good standing, open or current. The letter can be made out to Panama Legal, S.A. Law Firm, To Whom It May Concern, or even have the bank make it out to yourself.
  
  
• Reference letter from a general business stating they know you, did business with you and they are providing a favorable reference for you. This can be from an accountant, lawyer, securities broker, insurance agency, medical clinic or dental clinic. It is preferred that the letter come from some business that has a professional license of some sort.

We need all these items for anyone that is going to be a signatory on the bank account.

The four above items are generally what is required. The bank may ask for additional information or wish clarification on something. This is not expected but possible.

If this is a business account it would be expeditious if you supply a brief business plan describing your activities including cash flow projections by month for first year showing how much cash in, how much cash out, source of funds, countries money will come from, will funds be in check form wire transfer or forwarded from credit card processor. Please note no offshore banks anywhere accept third party checks, checks by fax, checks or drafts without a signature. Checks and bank checks must be made out to the name of the bank account holder exactly, the name of the corporation in most instances.

Our fee for this package is $25,000. The fee may be paid in two installments, one half at onset of work and second half at completion of work by depositing this money into the Middle Eastern bank account. Questions welcome.
