Summary – Had a talk with a contractor from another country. He looked at some condo projects and how they were progressing. I commented on the slow speed and small amount of workers on the site. He matter of factly said the developers are dogging the job to slow it down. They are not comfortable with the existing market conditions and want to go slow in anticipation of an improved market down the road. Interesting perspective and also don’t forget it is just an opinion.
