We are now able to offer Merchant Accounts for processing Visa and MasterCard in offshore jurisdictions that do not tax offshore-derived income. The processor is a fully licensed bank in every case. Before we get into the details let us clearly list some businesses that we cannot accept:

New Start-Up Businesses – This is a tough one for a processor. This could lead to a cash security deposit holdback of one or two payment periods and a rolling reserve of 10%. The bank is taking a chance with you due to a lack of processing history. It can be done but it is not going to be cheap and easy but you will be taking credit cards in an offshore tax haven jurisdiction.
Anonymous Merchant Accounts – Such a thing does not exist. You will need to present notarized copies of passport and driver license to the bank. You will need to show bank statements and other financial statements to satisfy the underwriter. If you have merchant account statements from the past they will also be required. They are very flexible as to where you can have your funds sent, what bank account etc.
Rates – Fees charged are going to vary based on your volume, track record, and industry. Typical rates are 5% to 6.5% File out the application and we can then proceed. Thanks.
