Allocated Gold and Silver, Forex, Futures Trading

Introduction – The West Indies is in the Caribbean. The bank is on a Caribbean Island. It is a tax haven jurisdiction (no income tax, no capital gains tax, no inheritance tax). We have a relationship with a bank there that has a lot to offer.

No USA or Canada Tax Information Exchange Agreement – No such agreement with USA and Canada.

Foreign Currencies – The bank allows one to hold in their bank account US dollars, UK pound Sterling, Euros, Swiss Francs, Japanese Yen and Chinese Reminbi. This is a good assortment of currencies. The Swiss Franc and Chinese Riminbi are excellent currencies to hold for appreciation and preservation of purchasing power. You can receive or send wires in these currencies.

Gold and Silver – Yes they have ALLOCATED Gold and Silver. The precious metals are actually in Switzerland in a high security vault. You purchase the metals through your corporate bank account. The corporation used is an anonymous bearer share corporation. This means no one can look up the name of the owner(s) of the corporation in any public registry or database. We like to use the Nevis LLC because Nevis does not even have a public registry for corporations. You can have the precious metals delivered to you by armored couriers or even go to Switzerland and pick up the metals yourself in person. The metals are stored in a high security vault. Yes true allocated gold, silver, platinum through your bank account. Most people just hold the metals or buy and sell through the bank but the metals are 100% allocated. After a sell order is executed the money just winds up back in your corporate bank account where it can be kept, wired out or used on a MasterCard or debit card. USA persons are accepted. You own the gold, silver or platinum directly (or your corporation does). You do not go through a third party for ownership. The precious metals are insured for fire, theft, water damage, fraud and theft. There is a big four firm doing an annual audit. Your metals are free of VAT taxes. The coins or bars are ordered for you at the time you place a buy order inside of your bank account. You can buy as little as ten 1 oz gold coins (Krugerrand, Maple Leaf, Austrian Philharmonica, American Eagle) or four 100 gram gold bars. You can also buy 1 kg gold bars. The minimum for silver is 15 kg in bar form (529 ounces of silver today about $20,000 with silver at $39). Silver one ounce coins are available with a 500 coin minimum. They have Silver Maple Leaf, Austrian Philharmonica and America Eagle. The fee is 3% on a transaction, buy or sell. Such an allocated precious metals account through a bank that does not require a physical appearance, has bank secrecy, no bad tax treaties and allows the use of anonymous corporations is very hard to find and that is putting it mildly. We know of no other bank doing these things.

Forex & Futures – You can have a Forex and Futures Account through the bank. They do take USA persons. This in addition to allocated precious metals, is an amazing set of features and benefits. The platform is today not Metatrader 4 but that is on the way.

Full Online Banking – You can send and receive wire transfers online. There is an online banking tool that generates one time use passwords for added security. You can execute internal transfers from one bank account to another inside the bank. You can send or receive wires in the above six currencies.

MasterCards – You can have MasterCard in Euros or US dollars tied to your bank account, currencies must match. You can also have debit (ATM only) cards with no name on them. The MasterCard can have just the name of the corporation only on it, not your personal name. You can get sms text messages on your cell phone or email notices for each and every credit card transaction for added security.

Anonymous Corporations – You can open your bank account with an anonymous corporation from Hong Kong, Nevis, Belize as well as some other options. As long as we formed the corporation we can work with it.

Time Frame – The required time including forming an anonymous corporation and opening the bank account is two weeks. If you wish to use a shelf corporation we can have the bank account open in one week. The time starts after we have the ID documents and payment.

Due Diligence – We need a copy of a passport and driver license notarized. We also need a notarized copy of a utility bill showing an address. A bank statement or bank credit card statement can be substituted for a utility bill. There is a bank reference letter or attorney reference letter required. This should be on a bank or attorney letterhead and signed by a bank employee. The bank or attorney can be in any country. These copies need to be sent as scans in an email initially and later on the originals sent to the bank in hard copy form. Allocated gold and silver inside of a bank along with forex and futures is about impossible to find inside of a bank and they do take USA persons.

Summary – We still like Hong Kong for asset protection. There is government bank insurance, ten currencies and gold. The gold is not true allocated, it is a hybrid. You cannot go to Honk Kong and pick up your gold or have it delivered. You cannot buy silver in the Hong Kong bank account. You can use your Hong kong corporation to open up a bank account in the bank in the West Indies Bank and then have a Futures Trading Account, Forex Account and get allocated gold, silver and platinum. Americans have a difficult time getting futures and forex accounts offshore so this is a plus for many USA persons. You could also use a Belize or Nevis Corporation for this as well as long as we formed the corporation we will work with it.

Fees – Forming an anonymous bearer share corporation in Belize, Nevis or Caribbean with the bank account, precious metals account and futures/forex trading accounts is $2495. If you have a corporation that we formed that you wish to use our fee is only $695 for all of the above. You can get copies of the corporate documents notarized and that should suffice. You might need to get some new corporate documents from the government registry if corporation is more than one year old. This can incur a cost of a few hundred dollars, varies. Some of you for added security may wish to use a new corporation with the his bank. The bank charges account opening fees which includes the courier fee to send you the online banking tool. The fees are going to range between $200 and $400. This is going to be based on what country the corporation is from (think due diligence) and where you are located.
