Executive Summary – It seems that Obama is going to try to grab the private pensions, retirement funds etc. This will give you worthless government debt for your savings and as the dollar declines in value your buying power shrinks. What a guy. Guess he need money to build mosques in 27 countries.

Discussion – Obama is trying to balance printing trillions of junk FRN dollars to run the nation and keep other nations using the FRN as a reserve currency. All the currencies in the world are fiat money, some better than others. If you trust in the Obama administration stop reading here it will only get you upset. If you do not think the kenyan presidential imposter without a birth certificate is a competent trustworthy individual keep reading.
Obama Agenda – Whatever it is we can only speculate on, but rest assured he only has bad things in store for you. He is either the village idiot and incompetent or he is trying to destroy the nation from within. Either way you lose big time. If you have a pension you would do best to move it offshore out of his reach right away. If he does pass such a law it will probably jump up out of nowhere so many will not have time to move their retirement funds. The technical term for this is “bushwacking”.
Why is Offshore Out of His Reach – He does not have authority in other countries. In USA one day your retirement funds with sweep of a pen are his. Offshore would require a criminal case etc for them to confiscate funds. Time consuming and very expensive. Forget this. Also what laws did you break at this point in time, none I expect.
New Laws – A new law might make it punitive to move your fund offshore. Could be a fine or worse. Move funds before they get a chance to box you in.
Offshore Custodians, etc – Forget that. If you do that then the custodian who is under their authority and direction can create problems.
What about Self Directed Funds – Same problem. Break out of anything giving the USA jurisdiction before they get a chance to box you in. If they have jurisdiction like they would over self directed funds then you can be compelled to repatriate the funds back to them or run afoul of the law. Remember who you are dealing with, and make no mistakes about that. Paying the penalties can be the cheapest investment you ever make.
What Do You Gain By Going Offshore – For one the money is now just savings not a pension or retirement fund and can remain offshore free of any need to turn it over, confiscation, court orders etc. There is no law being broken to date. You can hold numerous currencies offshore. Four to ten currencies is typical. You fare better if you are holding several fiat currencies at the same time. If one or two drop likely (no guarantee) other currencies will rise and you maintain buying power. You also have no income tax offshore, as well as no capital gains tax and no inheritance tax offshore. You can also buy and sell gold in some offshore bank accounts. Offshore stock brokerage accounts can also be obtained and you can play the markets around the world. We use anonymous corporations and trusts with quality banks in offshore jurisdictions. We can get you 9.5% annual interest rate in Mexico. There is no bank insurance there to speak of. Other jurisdictions pay 1.25% to 2%, and government bank insurance is available in Honk Kong on entire bank deposit, not for gold.
