Executive Summary – There was an incident on the Potomac River where Obama was attending some ceremony on September 11th. There was Coast Guard involvement, Police involvement, reports of gunfire, and The FAA grounded planes at the Reagan Airport in D.C. Odd occurrences to say the least. This was then covered up and treated as a training exercise. This I do not buy. Let’s see what others have to say. First what the mainstream media has to say which is not considered trustworthy by most people follow these two links:

What Others Are Saying – We have no way of verifying the truth of the following. We also think it makes sense. Russian Intelligence sources have reported to Putin that there has been a failed assassination attempt on Obama. Obama was in a motorcade traveling from the Pentagon from a 9/11 ceremony to the Whitehouse. There was some disguised pleasure boat on the Potomac being controlled by remote control to explode under the bridge at I-395 when the President motorcade was crossing over the bridge. Obama being heavily protected had Secret Service and Coast Guard boats patrolling the waters. They saw the boat, challenged it and being remote controlled it failed to respond so they started shooting at it.. At the same time a US Marine EA-18G Growler electronic warfare aircraft protecting the Obama motorcade blocked all radio frequencies thus preventing the explosives from detonating by radio control.
My guess is the assassins used a remote controlled boat anticipating being fired on by Secret Service and Coast Guard. If the boat was already in position near the bridge the firing on the boat would not be enough to cause an immediate sinking and the depth of the river may not have been sufficient to shelter the bridge anyway. The Secret Service and Coast Guard could not use serious hardware to blow up the disguised boat because that could cause the explosives to detonate. Missiles and artillery could also damage the bridge. The assassins missed the boat (pun intended) with the jamming of electronic signals capability that the Secret Service had. We can deduce from this that the Secret Service vehicles probably have Farraday Cages to prevent their electronics form being disabled by electronic attacks. A Farraday Cage is just a copper wire mesh wrapping around something you wish to protect against such an attack.
Comments – While we think Obama would love a crisis like a terrorist attack to put the country into crisis mode and even martial law, this sort of attack is not what he is looking for. He is a very unpopular President. If the assassins killed Obama and were caught there are a number of lawyers who would probably defend the killer for free. If they charged them with killing the President then the matter of the birth certificate etc would come up and if Obama were not qualified to be President thus the crime of assassinating him would be routine murder instead. This would give them a chance to try Obama’s eligibility in court using a back door.
Same would apply even if Obama was not killed. So much easier for them to just deny it (lie) and say there was no such assassination attempt. Obama is too much of a negative to try to get the country worked up over someone trying to kill him. The Internet would be full of web sites saying give the assassins an award, that sort of thing. Now you are hardly ever going to see Obama in public except at military site. Bush also rarely ever did public appearances like at universities, businesses, etc. The White House will now become Obama’s prison.
