Introduction – This news article has some biblical significance that I will touch on but it is also very relevant news. This concerns the middle east where the threat of war looms everyday. If Iran attacks the straits oil prices will spike. This can be a hard blow to the already damaged economies of North America and Europe. The prices may stay up for some months or longer. If Iran strikes Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain etc the oil prices may soar for many years.
Obama Breaks off Military Exercise with Israel – This was in reprisal for a comment by Israeli Deputy Prime Minister Moshe Yaalon in an early morning radio interview. He said the United States was hesitant over sanctions against Iran's central bank and oil for fear of a spike in oil prices. The exercise was officially postponed from spring 2012 to the last quarter of the year over "budgetary constraints" – an obvious diplomatic locution for cancellation. It was issued urgently at an unusually early hour Washington time.
Please bear in mind that Israel is not going to be able to build the next temple in Jerusalem without breaking with the USA. The USA will never let them remove the mosque to put up the next temple.
USA Military in Middle East - The USA has two aircraft carrier groups in the region now with a third aircraft carrier group en route. The USA just placed 15,000 troops in Kuwait. Then there are troops in Iraq, Afghanistan, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. So is the USA beefing up defenses to protect Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and other assets (allies) they have in the region if Israel attacks Iran, perhaps if they attack Iran themselves or perhaps they attack Iran with Israel? Is the USA planning on attacking Iran themselves? Good questions and reading the news is not going to give us these answers.
Neither Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, nor Defense Minister Ehud Barak or Deputy Prime Minster Yaalon, who are responsible for all decisions on Iran, are willing to put all their trust for defending Israel in American hands or relinquish unilateral military options against Iran. They believe US officials when they assert that the administration is prepared to prevent Iran acquiring a nuclear weapon, but they want to see proof of the pudding and actions to back up the rhetoric. In the light of credible intelligence that Iran is very close to achieving its nuclear goal, Israel is holding on to its military option over American objections. It is felt that the USA might want Israel to suck it up and take the hit for the team if Iran hits Israel with missiles. Taking a few Katushya rockets is one thing they have done in the past, but taking hits from real missiles with serious payloads is not something they will likely tolerate. The idea would be to knock out the Iranian missile capability, perhaps before hitting the nuclear sites. When you take into account Obama is an idiot and a psychopath it gets interesting to say the least.

Israel May Face Secession of Judea and Samaria – This is a point one reads in the bible regarding end times Israel. That is what I found to be so profound about this. This is taken from Zech 12: 5And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, The inhabitants of Jerusalem shall be my strength in the LORD of hosts their God.
6In that day will I make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem.
7The LORD also shall save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem do not magnify themselves against Judah.
8In that day shall the LORD defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the LORD before them.
9And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
10And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.
11In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon.
12And the land shall mourn, every family apart; the family of the house of David apart, and their wives apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart;
13The family of the house of Levi apart, and their wives apart; the family of Shimei apart, and their wives apart;
14All the families that remain, every family apart, and their wives apart.
It is seeming like we are approaching end times.

Gold Prices – It seems that gold is hovering in the $1600's and not moving much. Let's see if they are accumulating for a spike up when the hostilities increase in the middle east. I think so.
Currencies – The Euro is dropping against the USD. Remember the USD will rise short term only, then it will go down. The CAD is not moving, strangely.
