New York State Upside Down $200 billion for Healthcare – New York including its cities and counties owes $200 billion in health care benefits to its retirees and has not got the money. Nice. They also owe $264 billion in bonds. I smell a default and possible bankruptcy. This is just one of many states, cities and counties that will be bankrupt and unable to fulfill their financial obligations during 2011. What a year this will be if there is no regime change of real substance.

IRS Files over 1 million Liens in 2010 – There they go again kicking people when they are down. Imagine in this economy filing that amount of tax liens. Does Obama or Congress do anything about it? Of course not.
FBI Official Involved in Child Porn Investigation – Why these government workers and elected officials are so drawn to sex with children is a mystery to me but here it is again. Joseph Bonsuk was allegedly caught receiving 80 child porn images from a convicted felon with a history of child porn. They will not say what the FBI employe's title or position is. He is not yet convicted. Check out this video. It shows that 5200 people using military email addresses bought child porn. 3500 names led to Pentagon employees. The investigation was dropped. Hmmmm. The investigation on the 5200 people has been reopened.
UK Royals Get Law Protecting their Financial Information – Does the Queen hold money for world leaders subject to her in her bank account? Good question! UK passed a law making financial matters pertaining to the Royal Family off limits. Hmmm. Under their Freedom of Information Act the Queen got caught trying to use a state poverty fund to pay for heating Buckingham Palance. I guess the darn commoners keep meddling in royal affairs of which they know nothing of or it costs more than a King's ransom to heat a palace or three. It also appears that the law will shelter employees of the Royals as well. Each year the Queen gets 38 million pounds to pay her staff and run the palaces. When you convert this and break it down the Queen only gets $1,100,000 a week to run her staff and palaces. She manages to live on $161,000 a day. Frugal. Bet Obama costs more in just security every day.
Jobs Lost – In Dec. 2010, 434,000 folks dropped out of the job search market or quit work. There were 103,000 new jobs created. If the nation adds 300,000 jobs a month it will take five years to reabsorb the nations 14.5 million unemployed workers. I would say figure 8 years since their stats usually lie. This is not going to happen because unemployment causes more unemployment. People lose their job they spend less and cut back thus more jobs get lost. They are not breaking out of the downward spiral. QE3, and QE4 won't cut it either.
State Dept. Slap at Traditional Family Values – As per Billary the State Dept. will record the birth of children born abroad to expats as follows: Mother or Parent 1 and Father or parent 2. This leaves room for lesbian and homosexual parents to register children on a form knows as “Consular Report of Birth Abroad”. They can't just leave the traditional families alone can they.
Sheriff Departments Police, State Troopers, Corrections Laying Off - Pasaic County in New Jersey has sent layoff notices to 90 of their employees due to a lack of money. They already terminated 24 investigators recently. Mendocino County Sheriff in California is laying off three deputies and two corrections workers. St Clair County Sheriffs Office in Illinois is set to layoff thirteen deputies on Jan. 15. Sheriff Offices in Virginia are going to have to face 376 layoffs to meet budget cuts. Four Morris County New Jersey Sheriff Deputies laid off. King County Sheriff Dept. in Washington failing to reach a settlement with the union is poised to layoff eighteen deputies and not replace 40 vacant positions. Iowa is facing the layoffs of 45 state troopers. New Jersey laid off 2228 police officers state wide from all the different departments. Yakima Wa. To lay off 34 corrections workers Jan. 31.We could keep the list going. You get the idea. 2011 is the year of the police layoffs. Services will be cut. The officers will be disgruntled. Police corruption will rise. Who is going to investigate the police corruption? Not them. They will have their manpower reassigned more and more to patrol and away from investigation. Hmmmmm. They are not hiring so there are no background investigations being run. Think the FBI will investigate the police? They have not done that since the 1970's with any vigor. Ever hear of a civil rights investigation against any police in decades? Of course not. Find a good gun range and practice.
