Executive Summary – This film has endorsements from the Colorado State Government, Homeland Security, FBI etc. The scary thing is who they depict as the terrorist. The fact that the USA is fighting a hot war in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and soon Iran seems to have no bearing on this film and potential terrorists. What they are worried about seems to be the guy or gal who was in the USA military and believes in and understands the Constitution. This is the real threat to the government agencies that made this video judging from the representation of the enemy. The depiction of activities likely to be attributed to terrorists is in a word silly. They do not talk about anything that serious terrorists would do. Examples of such things would be infiltration into the government especially law enforcement agencies to operate as moles. Get into businesses allowing them to have access to chemicals used to make explosives. Renting of safe houses. Stealing cars and license plates. Using VIN numbers from wrecks to disguise stolen vehicles and get alternative registrations. The list could go on and on. They create paranoia directed towards people using cash and gift credit cards. This of course is an attack at people who may not be paying taxes, not terrorists. This film is starting a terrorism program involving anonymous tips phoned in against would be terrorists which could be grudge calls. Wonder if people will start phoning in judges, politicians, police and others who break the law as terrorists.
