Homeopathy – Yes we have homeopaths in Panama and even have homeopathic pharmacies. Not hard to find. If you are a client we can refer you. We even have a practicing Homeotoxicologist.
Acupuncture – Panama has many acupuncturists. Some are from China and do not speak Spanish or English so you might need a translator or just let them diagnose and treat off of your pulses, tongue, body odor and appearance. We know one who does speak English. No shortage here. The Chinese herbal pharmacies in Chinatown (Panama has a substantial Chinatown) have the traditional long wall full of the glass jars with the Chinese herbs in them. The acupuncturists know who to use the herbs to make special teas which are used medicinally.
Here is an English, and Spanish speaking MD that does Acupuncture (acupunctura) who trained in China and is located in Panama City. He happens to be a Medical Doctor licensed as such by the Republic of Panama. He also does Homeopathy (actually homeotoxicology which is a type of homeopathy) and can do spinal adjustments combining the adjustments with homeopathic injections into the appropriate acupuncture points – effective. He also practices allopathic medicine but prefers alternative health care best.

Chiropractors – Panama City has only four. One needs to be a citizen to be a Chiropractor. The Chiropractors are generally USA trained and educated. The chiropractic experience in Panama is likely to be much like what it is in North America.
Massage Therapy – Panama has many massage therapists. The rates are reasonable with a one hour house call running about $25 to $30. Some of the massage therapists are excellent. They have different methods like anywhere else. There are a lot of good ones to choose from. Some of the malls in Panama City offer seated massage very inexpensively as a quick fix.
Herbalists – Panama has these too. There is a wide assortment of herbs available in Panama. If you look around you can find people who know how to use the rain forest herbs effectively.
Panama needs more alternative health care providers so if you are one what are waiting for.
