Anonymous Master Card and Visa

The Anonymous Offshore Visa Cards – We are a law firm. Your transactions with us are covered by attorney client privilege. The banks issuing the cards do not know who you are and do not have any ID belonging to you. We collect ID but it is retained by us and not sent to the bank issuing the cards. These cards have no individual personal name on them. There is no name whatsoever on the cards, not on the card and it is not contained in the magnetic strip. These cards are delivered to you from stock inventory. Anonymous means anonymous. No ATM machine is going to be able to get your personal name from the card. There is no billing address belonging to you associated with the cards. This is one of the few anonymous card programs left anywhere in the world.

Where is Anonymous Visa Card Issuing Offshore Bank – They are located in the Caribbean. Please do not ask us the name of the bank or the specific country issuing the cards before paying for cards.

Where is the Money Sent for Card Purchase and Card Loading– It is sent to a EU country.

Type of Offshore Card – Only Visa cards available at this time. These are physical cards, not virtual cards. These are secured cards. You are spending your own money. No one is extending any credit to you.

Type of Card – The cards do not have embossed letters or numbers. The cards work online. In stores the cards physically must be swiped.

Does Anonymous Visa Card Have a Bank Account? – NO! You cannot wire directly to the card. You send the wire to the card operator for card loading. No bank account included.

Online Check Balance and History – There is an online system allowing for the checking of balance and history.

ATM Use – The Visa cards we offer are good for $1,000 a day in the ATM machines. They work in ATM machines around the world. Each card can only be used for a total of $10,000 per month. One can have several cards at same time of course.

Currency Conversion – These cards are denominated in USD (US Dollars). If you use the card say in China or Romania and the ATM machine there dispenses a local currency, there is going to be currency conversion charges by the ATM machine operator. Such currency conversion charges are normal with any Visa or MasterCard and the amount will vary with the ATM machine operator and country involved. Currency conversion charges are not something we have any control over and such charges are in addition to the normal and regular charges.

Online Use – The cards will work online.

In Store Use – The cards will work in retail stores with and without a pin number. You can swipe the card to make a charge and then enter the pin number. You could also just use the card like a regular Visa card.

PayPal – We do not sell these cards to open PayPal accounts with. Will NOT work with Paypal. NO name cards do not work with PayPal.

Gaming – These cards will NOT work with Gaming sites. They have a gaming code block on them.

Maximum Load – The cards can be loaded up to $9999.00 per wire transfer. Several wires a month can be sent. Perhaps better to have several cards if you are going to be a high volume user. One wire could be sent for say $40,000 and the funds loaded onto four cards.

ID Required – Two government issued photo ID's one of which being a passport. Copies in color should be made. These can be sent by scans in an email as an attachment. Best is to use 300 DPI JPG or JPEG scan format. Once again scans stay with us. Acceptable ID is a passport, driver license (not an international driver license) or a government issued national identity card.

Time Frame – Cards will take 5-10 days to be delivered from the time we receive your payment. Cards come by courier like Fed Ex, DHL, or express postal mail. We can deliver to a PO box using express mail.

Delivery - Cards are sent by Fed Ex or DHL or Express International Mail. You can have it go to any address or mail drop that you like.

Payment – You can pay for the card by wire transfer. No Western Union, No virtual currencies.

Third Party Payments – You can have anyone wire funds to be placed on the card. Cards cannot be loaded by Western Union.

Charge Backs – Possible.

Card-to-Card Transfer – Possible.

Lost Card – Lost or stolen cards can be replaced. Funds can be moved over to a newly issued card.

Cost – Each card is $295.00 (one time purchase price), plus $75 for the courier. Total is $370.

We offer a discount on large purchases as follows:

• 10 cards = $1995.00
• 25 cards - $3500.00
• 50 cards - $5,000.00
• 100 cards - $7,500.00
• 1000 cards -$25,000.00

Anonymous Visa Card Loading Fees – There is a 2% loading fee. If you wire in $100.00, only $98.00 will be loaded onto the card since there is a 2% load fee.

Wire Fees – There is a $25.00 fee for us to receive a wire. This covers the handling fees and costs we incur.

Wire Minimum – Each wire sent to load cards has to be at least $1000.00. We cannot process wires for lesser amounts, sorry.

Wire Maximum – The maximum size wire we can receive is $49,000. This amount can be distributed to say five different cards.

• ATM Transaction Fees are $3.50 per each transaction
• ATM Balance Inquiry - $2.50

• Card to Card Transfer - $3.00
