Amazing Obama Birther Case Hits Supreme Court – 10/5/10

Executive Summary – Well one more chance to bounce the illegal alien Kenyan out of office. This concerns itself with the Apuzzo (an atty representing Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelsen Jr.) case concerning Obama eligibility issues. The thought is that the Congress cannot accept Obama by majority rules inresident. Since the Congress did not go through the procedures to modify the constitution allowing Obama to be President since he appears overwhelmingly to be un qualified. This suspicion is compounded by his spending some $9,000,000 to conceal his records including: kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records and his adoption records.

Some Excerpts from the Case - "Putative President, Barack Hussein Obama … has not yet conclusively proven that he was born in the United States … His father was never a United States citizen nor was he even a permanent resident … They both became Kenyan citizens when Kenya got its independence in 1963 … Obama's relationship to his Indonesian stepfather and move to Indonesia when he was a child … and his travels to Pakistan in 1981, also raise doubts," the petition explains.

"If Obama was not born in the United States, there exists a possibility that Obama could be an illegal alien," it states.

Apuzzo said Obama not only has not proven, as required under the Constitution, his status as a "natural born citizen," but "he has hidden all his early life records including his original long-form birth certificate, early school records, college records, travel and passport records needed to prove he is even a born citizen of the United States."

"Obama was born a British subject/citizen to a British subject/citizen father and a U.S. citizen mother. Obama's father was not a U.S. citizen and never intended to be one. Obama's father was never even an immigrant to the USA nor was he even a permanent legal resident. Obama's father was a foreign national sojourning in the USA to attend college. Obama is still a British subject/citizen to this day because he has never renounced that citizenship. According to this lawsuit, Obama was born a dual-citizen with dual allegiance and loyalty and is therefore not constitutionally eligible to be the president and commander-in-chief of our military," Kerchner explained.

"If neither Congress nor the Executive branches of government will give the petitioners that protection to which the Constitution entitles them, they should have access to the courts to be able to protect and vindicate their own rights to that protection," he wrote in the petition.

"This right to access to the courts is more critical when both the executive and legislature are acting in concert to deprive the petitioners of their right to this protection. Since Obama has already been sworn in, it could be argued that only Congress has jurisdiction over the question of whether he is a 'natural born citizen.' But what happens when Congress also refuses to perform its constitutional duty … to make sure that only a 'natural born citizen' is given the great and singular powers of the office of president and commander in chief of the military?

"Surely the Constitution would not leave someone like the petitioners without any remedy to protect the same rights which the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution recognize as their unalienable rights to life, liberty, and property," the petition states.

The petition explains the nation's Founders required the "natural born citizen" status "to provide a 'strong check' on foreign influence making its way into our government and specifically in the office of president and commander in chief of the military."

Apuzzo continues, "Whether he is legitimate is also vital in maintaining the proper chain of command in our military and in giving legality to all military orders … Since the president signs all acts passed by Congress into law, it is vitally important that the president be legitimately in power so as to give those laws domestic and international legality."

And the plaintiffs have standing because, "the threat to petitioners' life, liberty, safety, security, tranquility, and property is actual and concrete rather than merely conjectural or hypothetical. The Declaration of Independence recognizes these rights as 'unalienable' and as having been endowed upon an individual by his or her 'Creator.' The Constitution recognizes these rights not as being abstract or theoretical rights but rather as concrete and real and needing protection from government abuses."

The petition also seeks the recusal of justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan, who have been appointed by Obama, as having potential conflicts since Obama's eligibility ultimately could impact their own jobs.

Orly Taitz – Orly filed an appeal with the US Supreme court contesting her receiving a $20,000 fine for representing Capt. Connie Rhodes who was trying to avoid obeying Obama orders to deploy to Iraq based on his ineligibility. The $20,000 fine was sanctions on Orly Taitz for brining a frivilous law suit. This shows us the Supreme Court is probably never going to deal with the Obama birther issues so don't get you hopes up. On Oct. 4th the Supreme Court upheld the $20,000 fine. Once again the signal being sent is there is no hope just give up and knuckle under. Bear in mind life for the elites is great. They have no recession. They are not subject to the police state. Life is a bowl of cherries for them while the people go hungry and homeless.

Discussion – It is pretty much beyond any reasonable doubt that Obama is not qualified to be POTUS. This is a scam second to 9/11. Both of these scams are in the open and millions know about them yet they go on unchecked and unpunished. If they admit Obama is not qualified and remove him then they would be restoring hope in the American way and the Constitution. Both of things are enemies of the New World Order. It is important that we the people have no hope and thus the incentive to effect change will drift away. Give the people hope along with some results and then more constitutional corrections will be the result eventually resulting in the elimination of the Federal Reserve and the insane debt to these private bankers.

It is thought that at least 80% of the USA has no idea that this debt is a scam and the government could just print their own money and avoid paying any interest to private bankers. If good ole boy Glenn Beck ever did a series of three one hour shows explaining the scam of the Federal Reserve it would be over but we don't see him doing this do we? Same for Sarah Palin. Either they are for the Federal Reserve or against it and well they are not against it are they?

Well someone with a lot of money put Obama in the White House. We think the Saudis and Kuwaitis. They are not going to let go easily. Time is on their side. They need to drag it out another two years or so. If he leaves office at the end of his term it is easier for the Supreme Court to call the matter moot and move on thus a victory for the Obama camp. Beating the birther drum is an excellent way of his destroying the Kenyans chances of getting re-elected or perhaps even nominated.

Factor in the Tea Party - The other side to this is the emergence of the Tea Party and their success while limited so far has an excellent prognosis of victory. It might be time to stop the tea party and bounce Obama as a miscalculated mistake. He was the wrong con man. His background was too full of holes and cover-ups to stick. Whoever spent the billions to propel the con man into office was probably desperate for a client with a muslim agenda eager to destroy the USA.

We could say Obama is an idiot and the problems are so vast that he can't succeed but I lean towards the muslim destroying America theory in that it makes the most sense. Look at how he deals with the arabs that do not like the rich dictators like the Saudis and Kuwaitis. See how he gave a terrorist organization Hamas several hundred million dollars while Americans go hungry and homeless. This alone should be grounds to impeach. Look how he deals with Israel. Look how he keeps the wars going in Afghanistan, Iraq and possibly Iran next while US soldiers get killed, wounded and disabled psychologically fighting wars that precious little to do with the USA. Look at how he destroyed the US economy and does more in this regard daily. How he increases taxes. He forces insane health care laws down the throats of Americans. Did absolutely not a thing to help the economy yet worsens it daily.

If he was conniving and smart enough to con his way into the White House he is smart enough to get some experts in there and let them fix the economy. Makes sense doesn't it? Do attempt the biggest con in modern history this guy has guts and brains yet he can't fix the economy. This of course is a round peg in a square hole and does not fit.

Action Suggestions – Tell everyone you can about this case going to the Supreme Court. Let as many people as possible know about the birther issues. Point out that Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin ignore these birther issues. At the very least if we keep beating the drum it might stop him from running again. Now his best move would be to start fixing the economy but there is not enough time to really get a serious fix in. He has already started doing this with small business loans. The foreclosures are stopping temporarily in part etc. Nothing serious will get accomplished but he will tell the people that they are on the road to recovery and if they re-elect him he will take them to prosperity. So he shows them some limited cosmetic recovery results and gets re-elected, well that is what his plan is I suppose. False hope again which is his real ticket. Then after re-elected he will reverse the economy into a deeper depression until he destroys any semblance of the Republic. He will have everyone dependent on the government. The government will control education completely forget homeschooling (brainwashing), transportation (TSA), medical (Obama Care), industry (GM for example), food (GMO poison and fast food with organic food and herbs supplements off the market) and control every aspect of your life. This is called communism and the rule will be with an iron hand. Courts will be considered unnecessary distractions that interfere with the government. The police will reign much more powerful than now. Now he can be stopped but people have to do something. The Tea Party is a starting point but they have to become way more constitutional to be truly effective. Perhaps they are walking softly until they get into power? In any event keep spreading the birther issues. They can sink his ship in re-election race. He cannot address them in any debate etc. Obama will be seriously weakened by the birther issues on the internet, in the forums, alternative media etc. The mainstream media will ignore these issues exposing their corruptness even more.
