Saddam Hussein opened his mouth in a similar fashion shortly before he was invaded. He said Bush won the election unfairly and wasn't the president. Of course this would apply to Obama today. Iraq and Iran both went off the USD to price their oil. This is grounds to declare war according to the de facto government of the USA.
I would say a war with Iran is a high probability in the near future. I doubt there is much the Iranian can do or would do. There are a lot of internal groups trying to get rid of this Kenyan imposter as well. Obama does not need a fairly wealthy nation extending their hand to overthrow his government. One of the key ingredients in a revolution is the support of a sponsoring state. Obama knows this being a communist himself. Now he will shut down Iran (think war), I would give it 120 days.
