Aged Panama Shelf Corporations and Foundations

Advantages of an Aged Panama Corporation or Panama Foundation – If one you are interacting with in business decides to do some due diligence on you and see when your company or foundation once was formed this can be done through the Panama Public Registry. If you are using an aged corporation or foundation it will come up as having been formed some years ago.

    Price is $7650.00 which includes all fees paid current, resident agent (our law firm) and nominee directors for current year, signed but not dated letters of resignation from nominee directors, and a general power of attorney signed by nominee directors and notarized. For a Panama Bank Account with this corporation there is an extra fee of $495.00.

  • Year Formed 2002. Name is Global Trade and Commerce, S.A.
    Price is $7650.00 which includes all fees paid current, resident agent (our law firm) and nominee directors for current year, signed but not dated letters of resignation from nominee directors, and a general power of attorney signed by nominee directors and notarized. For a Panama Bank account with this corporation there is an extra fee of $495.00

  • Year formed 2002. Euro-Latin Management, S.A.
    Price is $7650.00 which includes all fees paid current, resident agent (our law firm) and nominee directors for current year, signed but not dated letters of resignation from nominee directors, and a general power of attorney signed by nominee directors and notarized. For a Panama Bank Account with this corporation there is an extra fee of $495.00

Very Old Panama Shelf Corporations

  • We have a Panama Bearer Share Corporation from the 1970’s. The corporation details will be revealed upon request. You will be receiving a paid up to date Panama Bearer Share Corporation, nominee directors with signed but not dated resignation letters, and a resident agent (our law firm) and a resident address. The fee for such a corporation while open to some negotiation will be substantial in that Offshore Bearer Share Corporations this old are almost impossible to find.

  • Year Formed 2002. Great Harvest Foundation. Price is $7650.00 and includes all fees paid current. The fee includes current nominee council members along with signed but not dated letters of resignation, translation, resident agent (our law firm) and resident address, and a general power of attorney signed and notarized by nominee council members. For a Panama Bank Account with this foundation there is an additional charge of $495.00

Aged Panama Corporation or Panama Foundation - Additional Information

Back Dating Documents – Please not that we are a Panama Law Firm. We do sell aged corporations and foundations but the nominee directors will not sign contracts, leases, agreements etc on behalf of the corporation or foundation that are backdated. This is a fraudulent practice and we do not do such things.

Due Diligence – Full due diligence applies to shelf corporations and foundations. We require a notarized or lawyer certified copy of a passport, drivers license, a bank reference letter and a general business reference letter from a lawyer, accountant or general business like a medical clinic, dental clinic etc. This due diligence is sufficient to open a Panama Bank Account as well. Due diligence documents must be received before we can release the corporation or foundation to you. It is not necessary to come to Panama for this including the Panama Bank Account but you are welcome to come, we even have corporate hotel rates ($42.00 with breakfast, really nice hotel).
