Executive Summary – The USA has some states that were forming anonymous corporations. These were basically done in Delaware, Wyoming and Nevada. To the best information we could find none of these were real anonymous bearer share corporations but they did offer a degree of anonymity. In Obama’s quest for worldwide tax collection he decided to end the embarrassment of these anonymous corporations being formed in the USA. The State of Wyoming is quite upset over this. I am sure this matters little to Obama.
The USA has started a bill in the Senate called S. 569 called the Incorporation Transparency and Law Enforcement Assistance Act. This basically calls for the disclosure of the beneficial owners of any and all corporations formed in the USA. This of course is wonderful news to the collection attorneys who will be able to collect judgments much easier now. All this transparency never takes into account the completely broken civil legal system in the USA where people are ravaged by unscrupulous attorneys.
I expect the bill will pass in that it has to since the USA is attacking the offshore tax havens and cannot be accused of homegrown tax evasion and anonymity. These companies were rarely ever used to open offshore accounts.
