Executive Summary – TSA has now formally announced that if a person refuses to cooperate with any search procedure that the TSA so designates as appropriate for said individual they will be subject to a fine of $11,000 and possibly arrested. Once you enter the designated area you have embarked on a path of no return. The TSA can do what they want to you. If you refuse their invasive searches and say you just want to leave they will call local police to detail you. You will be questioned by federal agents, Probably TSA air marshals or some other TSA law enforcement officer position they have yet to create or if they have such a position they will have to expand the amount of persons filling such a position. They will question you if you refuse their invasive searches. Think of this as a humiliating horrible time. Expect all your luggage to be searched. Expect to get a fine. I doubt they will arrest people except those that refuse to answer questions. Do not expect the courts to release persons so arrested. If they want to mean they will tell the persons that they now want a full body cavity search and then they will let the person leave. This is top make sure that the person is not carrying some sort of terrorist device. If the people refuse the body cavity search they will simply say that they will be arrested and then down to the police station and there they will have the body cavity search. This could be a bluff or a real threat, not sure but expect this dialogue to be used.
Discussion – What is happening is Obama is telling the people that he can do whatever he wants to them even humiliating them and their small children sexually in a public place. This is part of his agenda. He is not going to back down apparently. Instead of backing down he is trying an iron handed approach. I expect they will have TSA agents with guns and arrest powers at the screening booths fast. This will allow them to arrest people as they see fit without worrying about local police reluctance to arrest. Then the people will be railroaded through the federal court system. This means they will be charged with enough offenses to land them in jail for 20 years or longer. This would encourage people to plead guilty and get probation and a fine. All because you do not want yourself and your children to be sexually molested in a public area. Things are now so bad what do you think they will do next? Hard to imagine isn't it. Remember all one has to do to allow evil to prosper is nothing. So what have you done to stop this almost unimaginable molestation practice of the fed?
